This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, so we can see which pages are used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
Free guides on Google Sites
Our free guides and calculators at sites.google.com/view/nordledger are hosted by Google Sites. That site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies only if you accept them in Google's cookie notice. Google acts as our processor for these statistics and also under its own privacy policy.
Market Day app
The Market Day app at sheetsandsums.com/market/ stores your markets and sales only in your own browser (local storage) on your device. Nothing you enter is sent to us.
When you buy or download
Purchases and free downloads go through Payhip (shop.sheetsandsums.com). They process your name, email address and payment details to complete the order and deliver your download, and we receive your name, email address, country and order details so we can deliver the product and give support. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your full card details. The legal basis is the performance of a contract. Order records are kept for 5 years, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
The shop shows its own cookie banner. Analytics cookies in the shop are only set if you accept them there.
Emails with tips and offers
If you tick the box at checkout to get product updates and offers, we email you about our own products, at most a few times a month. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
When you email us
We use your email address and message only to answer you. Email is handled by Purelymail and Google. We delete support emails when they are no longer needed, at the latest after 3 years, unless they form part of an order record.
Who receives data
Our processors and partners are Cloudflare, Payhip, Stripe, PayPal, Purelymail and Google. Some are based in the UK or the US. Transfers rely on the EU's adequacy decisions for the UK and for US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict its use, object to it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@sheetsandsums.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
